5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations in your use of the platform
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or creators
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Content

Creator Bridge and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

7. Payment Terms

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creator Bridge, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the platform, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) your content and campaigns.
